OUR PROCESS

  •  Preventive sterilization and disinfecting services in your facility reduce the chance of illness spreading throughout your facility and is the cornerstone of infection prevention. While disinfecting doesn’t stop human to human transmissions, it is intended to help prevent transmission from surfaces.
  •  Our process is centered around disinfection and prevention. According to the CDC’s most recent information, SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes complications related to COVID-19, can remain active on surfaces from anywhere between hours to days depending on the surface. Coupled with the fact that many individuals can be asymptomatic carriers of the virus, an aggressive cleaning approach is recommended for any place of business that sees frequent human traffic.
  • Our certified and qualified experts are ready to combine their extensive knowledge base of disinfection techniques with state-of-the-art equipment to provide your business with the most thorough clean possible.
  •  The first step of our process involves gathering as much information as possible about the scope and timeline of the project. We will first conduct an offsite survey, then arrive on-site to verify all information and establish further safety protocols depending on the nuances of the project. We utilize the OSHA HAZWOPER guidelines for biological and chemical decontamination as a foundation for all projects that may be a threat to human health.
  • Next up, all workers will need to suit up in full, head-to-toe Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). We will set up a station on site for individuals to both put on and remove their PPE.
  • Our crew may need to engage in pre-disinfection cleaning for safe, successful, and efficient disinfection of your location. We can perform this service for you, or we can supplement your janitorial team’s cleaning efforts. In such a case we would need to know what chemicals and solutions your team has been using in order to prevent any harmful mixing of chemicals.
  • We then begin with a thermal fogging throughout your location after sanitizing all doorways by hand. After all, if there was someone in your building displaying symptoms of COVID-19 during regular operations, the recommended course of action is to consider the entire location contaminated. We attempt to mitigate any spread of disease by use of thermal fog, as it can quickly coat an entire room with ease.
  • Of course, while thermal fog is a great way to quickly clean the air and many surfaces, it can’t reach every nook and cranny – that’s where our cleaning experts come in. We will sweep the area to sanitize by hand any locations not reached by the fog or locations that see frequent human contact. Special care is taken to ensure that all disinfectants are used effectively, as effectiveness can vary based on the type of disinfectant used, the type of surface treated, and the amount of time the solution is left on the surface before being wiped away. We take pride in our ability to go above and beyond CDC guidelines, ensuring that every surface will be disinfected while keeping our cleaners and your staff safe.
  • We will then tailor a routine cleaning process specifically for your location, if desired. Many choose routine service so that they may have a consistent and safe indoor environment, though we’re happy to work on one-off projects as well!
  • As more information is released about the novel coronavirus, our processes and procedures will be updated accordingly. For now, effective use of disinfectants, proper PPE usage, and maintaining CDC guidelines are an effective way to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 related illness and maintain safe business operations.
